Do you offer professional racket stringing services?
Yes! We offer custom stringing services. You can select your preferred string type and tension at checkout, and our professional stringers will prepare your racket before it ships.
What is your return policy for footwear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear and apparel in its original packaging. Please ensure that racket plastic wraps and tags are still intact for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for players who need their gear ready for an upcoming match or tournament.
Does TennisGear offer a warranty on high-performance rackets?
Most of our rackets come with a one-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects. Please note that this does not cover normal wear and tear or string breakage.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
